Ted is best man with experience over 30 years , fast and best price

This is the nicest, cleanest auto waiting room I’ve ever been in. Drove in 30 min before closing on a Sat. night, Jordan was the man, he helped us out, and got on back on the road!

Hate doing this to a small business but have to. Scheduled for a 9am-1pm timeframe and said I would have a call when they were on their way. Waited around at my house all day with no sign. I called them at 12:30 and was told someone would be to me within an hour. Someone from a different company showed up at 1:15 with the wrong glass. Another van showed up an hour later with the right glass and finally got the job done by 2:30. Had to reschedule a few things waiting around and while I was I received a call from Auto Glass Now who I requested a quote from saying they lower the price from $360 to $305. Had been quoted the same initial price from these guys, then plus tax they told me it came to $390. I asked at 2:30 what they could do to make up for the late start and finish and they gave me a huge discount $15 off. I pushed back and said I was quoted today $305 by their competitor to no avail. I had $364 cash or $400 and asked if he had change and after having no change he begrudgingly took $364. I guess my time isn't worth anything... I'll go to Auto Glass Now next time.

Tod and Dylan were incredible! I have never had my windshield replaced and they made it such an easy process! Came out to my work and had the window replaced and ready to go in under 20 mins. They were great and did great work. I know who I’m a calling next time my window gets damaged!

No me gustó , el trabajo muy mal hecho tiene tres goteras en la parte de adentro no lo sellaron bien y le dije al ayudante del señor Ted que limpiara todo la tierra acumulada y no hizo caso, solo le hecho un líquido alrededor muy grasoso que todo mi tablero lo ensució y no lo limpió. Muy caro el precio para ponerme un parabrisas de China y muy mal trabajo 👎🏼No lo recomiendo para nada 👎🏼
